What we collect

• Emails you send us (address, message, metadata) for the purpose of responding.

What we do not collect

• No client onboarding or KYC on this website.
• No marketing pixels; no analytics cookies.

Purposes & legal bases

• Responding to enquiries — performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into one (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Security & abuse prevention — our legitimate interests in securing the service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Record‑keeping — legitimate interests and legal obligations where applicable (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)/(f)).

Sharing & processors

We do not sell personal data. We may process limited data with vendors acting as processors:

• Proton AG (email & documents)
• Linode/Akamai (hosting)
• Cloudflare (DNS/CDN & security)
• Enty OÜ (accounting/admin)

International transfers

Where data is processed outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) provided by our vendors.

Retention

Emails: retained as long as needed to address the enquiry and maintain business records. Logs: rotated regularly.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@ops.blockminter.io. You also have the right to object to processing for legitimate interests and to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
